not surprising iTunes doesnt have good dance songs on iTunes

well it's the record labels fault. iTunes staff doesn't search the globe looking for the best songs to put up for sale. They just process what the labels give to them.

I do like Poison more and I'm upset it hasn't been released in the US yet.

I love J.Lo and On the Floor is her best track since Jenny From the Block, no doubt!

You guys are aware that J-Lo track is a cover, right? It was one of the biggest summer hit ever in France in 1989, called La Lambada (but hey, we can't expect Pitbull to make an original song ). Not a too bad cover though! I like the beatless parts during chorus.

And Nicole Scherzinger's "Don't hold your breath" is ALSO a cover, from a much more recent tune this time : it was "Hold your breath" by Keri Hilson and Timbaland. I prefer the Timbaland production a lot better. Kinda weird to cover something that has been released last year, if I'm not mistaken.

So in both cases, RedOne didn't do anything except the production I guess, he has nothing to do with composing the tracks .

Actually, it samples Lambada, more than just a cover.

Also, Keri Hilson and Timbaland's version was a rough demo for Scherzinger (not sure why they made famous people do a demo). I don't like the Keri + Timb version, though. It sounds so rough and nothing like the finished.
